I got filtered by the Daggerfall tutorial dungeon. Couldn't get out of it for 2 hours, uninstalled the game. I played the original Daggerfall when it came out but I don't remember not being able to kill anything stronger than a rat.

My nope moment was when Shadowrun entered the 6th edition and ruined the possible life cost of magic. In the previous games there was always a cost when any sort of magic was used. Ether health or it just being obvious. 6e kinda toned that cost down so I haven't got past 5e.

Out of curiosity, what is it that makes Kenshi a hard ask for you? Is it the isometric style or something else? For me, I really enjoyed how brutal it was and the "you are not special" attitude. Made me feel like I earned my accomplishments. I also liked it's ailen word, reminded me of Morrowind to an extent. Finally I enjoyed how much you could impact the world even if it's implementation of different world states was a bit simple at times. That said I also like strategy based rpgs.

it's too bad that netrunner is the boringest class for a playthrough ("presentation" pew-pew wise) - every encounter just keeps dragging on and on for minutes.

I keep expecting to hear "These are the voyages" during the intro.

I always loved Oblivion tho the biggest flaw for me is the unstableness when modding compared to Openmw or Skyrim. Tho One of those is not even made by Bugthesta which might be why hehe but even with the old version it was still much easier and better then Oblivion ever has been for me.

I've been playing a lot of Warframe recently and what I love about it is that it's free without overbearing microtransactions. The gameplay is fun, the customization is great, the graphics are really nice and the optimization equally so, there's always something to do and tbh I dont find the grind to be that bad. There's a story too but I havent gotten there yet.

I'm pretty sure that Metroid 2 has energy and missile chargers, they're just not super frequent
